BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU

Brazilian or Gracie Jiu Jitsu, made famous by the Gracie family in the early days of the UFC, is one of the most respected and effective grappling arts in the world. "BJJ" is not based on strength but on using leverage as technique. This allows a much smaller person to defeat a larger opponent.

SELF DEFENSE

Self DefenseThe Total Self-defense Program is geared for street oriented self-defense. It combines elements of both Inosanto Jeet Kune Do and Kali, as well as many other arts.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

Our Mixed Martial Arts Program follows Sensei Erik Paulson's C.S.W. curriculum. It utilizes a unique blend of Catch Wrestling, Shooto, Judo, Sambo, Greco-Roman, Folk and Free Style Wrestling, Filipino Dumog, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Savate, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Jun Fan Kickboxing. It emphasizes the importance of cross training, integrating grappling, clinching, submission and striking methods into a truly mixed martial arts system.

MUAY THAI

Muay Thai (also know as Thai boxing) is the national sport of Thailand. It is an art form which utilizes all of the body’s natural weapons to create a devastating fighting style, as competitive in the ring as it is effective for self-defense. This art differs from Karate and Kung Fu in several respects. For example, in Muay Thai “forms” do not exist, nor does the practice of pulling your techniques before they make impact.

Our Youth Martial Arts Program is designed to enrich your child’s confidence, self-discipline, modesty, perseverance, and respect through expert teaching and positive reinforcement. Students develop these vital characteristics through effective and unique martial arts (from Muay Thai, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu) and fitness training.

FitnessOur Full Body Fitness / Kettlebell Program is geared towards strengthening and toning each individual and is set up for everybody that is looking for optimum results in minimum time. We use body weight exercises, Kettlebells, Clubbells, Barbells and much more to make sure you increase your strength, coordination, conditioning/stamina and flexibility without added bulk, enhance your metabolism, accelerate fat loss, tone your muscles and improve your cardiovascular health
