Inosanto Jeet Kune Do / Kali Program

The TOTAL SELF DEFENSE portion of this program is geared for street oriented self-defense. Jun Fan is the basic curriculum to understand Jeet Kune Do concepts as taught by the late Sifu Bruce Lee and passed on by Guru Dan Inosanto.
The Kali portion, also known as the Filipino Martial Arts, stresses weaponry and empty-hand techniques from the Filipino Martial Arts (Double Stick, Single Stick, Knife, Stick and Knife) creating a program geared towards maximum self-defense and fitness.
Students learn Stance, Footwork, Striking Techniques and Defense, Grappling and counter Grappling Techniques, Trapping and a variety of training methods designed to develop techniques and improve attributes, which include speed, power, timing, flexibility, coordination, strength, etc.
Timetable:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm to 8pm (Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do)
Saturdays from 12pm to 1:30pm (Kali)
GRAPPLING & GROUND FIGHTING

Nowadays, there are many different grappling and submission arts available to the public, from Brazilian Jiu-jitsu to American Wrestling. Sensei Erik Paulson devised one of the best training systems and teaching methods we have found. This system is called CSW (Combat Submission Wrestling) and it utilizes the best standing, takedowns, tackles and throws from Judo, Sambo, Greco, Collegiate and Freestyle Wrestling and divides its ground grappling system in three parts:
- Positioning/Controls
- Escapes/reversals
- Finishes/submissions taken from Judo, Sambo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Shooto, Pancrase and Catch-as-Catch-Can Wrestling.
Timetable:
Mondays and Wednesdays from 9pm to 10pm
Fridays from 8pm to 10pm
