BCN Strength and Martial Arts Training is a great academy and a must if you want to learn new combative skills, get fit and stay in shape. The main instructor, Michael has a wealth of knowledge in many Martial Arts and in general body fitness.
His co-instructor Natalia is extremely helpful and is always on hand to give advice!
The classes are amazing and range from Thai boxing, traditional boxing to more mystic arts like Jeet Kune Do, Jiujitsu and Kali! Also there is a new and innovative body fitness class using a Russian weight called the Kettlebell!
Apart from the classes you can go to the gym when you want to train at no extra cost! A real advantage and way to improve what you have learnt in class!
Personally, I take the Thai boxing, boxing and Kettlebell classes and after training now for a little more than one year, I feel stronger and fitter than ever. My reflexes and balance have improved. I have learnt skills I never thought I ever could.
